ITV is reportedly preparing to launch a new Jeremy Kyle-style programme just weeks after the controversial show was axed.
The Jeremy Kyle Show was taken off air in May after the death of guest Steve Dymond, who took his own life shortly after appearing on the hit daytime programme.
Now, producers are believed to be planning a similar relationship-oriented “entertainment show”.

According to the Mirror, TV researchers have been using social media to try to line up some guests.
The publication claimed that one post by the researchers asked, “Are you happy with your partner having an affair?” while another said, “Are you ‘the other woman?”
They also reportedly wrote: “ITV are looking for couples who are both open about their affairs to take part in an exciting new entertainment show.”
An inquest into guest Steve Dymond’s death revealed that the 63-year-old was “concerned about the repercussions of the show”.
Steve committed suicide a week after appearing on the programme, during which it’s understood he failed a lie detector test following his split from on/off fiancée Jane Callaghan.

After 14 years on air, The Jeremy Kyle Show was cancelled indefinitely following the tragedy.
Steve was buried in a pauper’s funeral, after his ex-fiance revealed that no one had come forward to claim his body.
She told the Mirror: “I just got a phone call from the council to say they had arranged the funeral themselves because no one else had come forward.
“I will go with my daughter because I don’t want to regret it later but I still have very mixed feelings about it.
“I’m still all over the place. I was told there’s only a couple of people who asked to be kept informed of the funeral. It’s sad it has ended like this.”
