Jacqueline Jossa has revealed she often experiences “mum guilt” and worries she hasn’t spent enough time with her two daughters.
The 26-year-old Ex-EastEnders actress has Ella, four, and 11-month-old Mia with husband Dan Osborne.
Jacqueline decided to be open and honest about her feelings with fans.
She admitted she can find herself “wishing the day away” because motherhood is so busy.
Posting a pic of her daughters and former TOWIE star Dan on Instagram, she wrote: “Love you forever 🌟
“Mum guilt: wishing the day away so that you can get in the bath, put your pjs on and relax knowing the kids are sleeping sweetly in their beds.
“Once they sleep I wish I spent more time with them, didn’t snap or cuddles for just that little bit longer.”

Jacqueline added that it’s difficult to strike a balance as a parent.
She continued: “As parents we just can’t get that balance. I love my babies so much! 😭😂❤️ Having a moment!🤯 Any one else feel me?”

Fans thanked Jacqueline for her honesty and said they can relate to her feelings.
