Former EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa has set up a performing arts academy.
The ex-soap star is looking for “experienced” performing arts teachers to join The Jac Jossa Academy, and she has asked potential employees to send her their CVs via email.
She wrote on Instagram Stories: “If you are based [in] south east London and have experience teaching performing arts and want more info regarding a job.
“Please email [email protected]. Drama, dance, singing.
“Please send us an email and attach a CV and a cover photo. (sic)”

The 26-year-old actress – who played Lauren Branning in the BBC One soap from 2010 to 2018 – appears to have set up a website for her academy, which is putting on classes for pre-school age groups from three to six years, middle class from five to eight years old, and a top class group from nine to 12+ years.
Jacqueline departed her role as Lauren last year, and admitted afterwards she would be unlikely to join another soap due to her “loyalty” to EastEnders.
She said: “I don’t think I’d be able to do another soap as my loyalty lies with EastEnders, but I’d love to do dramas and theatre.”

Last week, she praised the soap for the care she received while she was with the show, admitting she was always “so well looked after” on EastEnders and attended therapy when she “needed it” and even when she “didn’t feel [she] needed it”.
She wrote: “When I started EastEnders when I was 17 years old (I am now 26).
“I was lucky enough to be so well looked after and given the care that comes with “fame” and what not. I went to therapy when I needed it and even when I didn’t feel I needed it and [it] turns out, it always comes in handy and doesn’t mean you’ve lost the plot.
It means you are in control of your feelings and owning your stuff! Never be afraid to ask for help or even just go for a chat.
“You don’t need to be going through a terrible time to need guidance and help. (sic)”
