Since footballer Jamie O’Hara’s appearance in this winter’s Celebrity Big Brother series, his ex-wife Danielle Lloyd has been thrust back into the limelight.
The former model has felt the need to defend herself on social media and shows such as This Morning after the father of her three sons discussed their relationship and subsequent break-up on TV.
However, there is now happy news for Danielle – and ever more proof that she is moving on from her failed marriage – as she has announced that she is expecting a baby with new partner Michael O’Neill.
The Liverpudlian beauty is said to be “over the moon” about becoming a mum for the fourth time.
She is already mother to boys Archie, Harry and George and would, ideally, love a daughter.
A source has told The Sun: “This is really lovely news for Danielle and Michael.
“They kept it a secret when they first found out but Danielle has had her three-month scan and they feel comfortable enough to start letting people know.
“The baby is due around June, which is very exciting.
“And after all the anguish Danielle has been through in recent months — ever since Jamie went on CBB — it’s nice for her to be able to focus on the future.”
Danielle split with husband Jamie in 2015 following reports he cheated on her.
During Jamie’s time in the house, Danielle appeared on This Morning after trolls began to brand her money grabbing following comments made by her ex about the maintenance he claimed to be paying.
She hit back, saying: “I’ve always had my own money, I was on a lot more money than him when we met, I have my own house in London.”
“It’s just so upsetting for me, I’ve been having anxiety attacks, he’s in there not understanding what he’s saying or the impact it’s having on his children’s lives.”
While on the reality show, Jamie struck up a romantic relationship with fellow housemate Bianca Gascoigne and even suggested she could be The One.
But he dumped the model just days after being booted out, claiming he had too many other things – including his kids – going on in his life.
