Jason Manford has been forced to delete his Twitter account after confronting cruel trolls.
The 35-year-old Mancunian was devastated after hearing of the Manchester attack, which occurred after an Ariana Grande concert at the MEN arena on Monday.
He shared a 40-minute Facebook Live video after it happened and explained how his children are huge Ariana Grande fans, and it could have been them at the concert.

Jason faced backlash for ‘making the attack about him’ but then said to his 1.3 million followers: “I was there for you and you were there for me in a desperate hour.”
He has also received abuse for sending Ariana a heartfelt tweet.
Ariana shared a message to her 46.1m followers saying she was “broken” and was “so so sorry”.
Jason responded and wrote: “@.ArianaGrande you gave those kids the night of their lives, their hearts were full of joy and happiness and that was because of you. Remember that.”
His tweet got a mixed reception, to which Jason responded: “If you can’t say anything nice, shut the [expletive] up.”
When one Twitter user told him he should be paying more attention to the victims, he said: “How childish. I like to think I’m able to feel for all people [affected]”.
The comedian then had to defend his actions on Facebook and said that he didn’t do it for attention and that “genuine fans know that”.
Since all of this, he has now deleted his account.
