Turning the box around for the camera, Jeff explains: “So Freddy made me this yesterday and I just wanted to share it because I think it’s incredible.

“He asked me what my favourite quote was, and he made this in art [class]. And he’s decorated it with pictures of me, of the boys, and a quote.”

The quote is from hugely successful self-help book The Secret and reads: “Gratitude is a powerful process for shifting your energy and bringing more of what you want into your life.

“Be grateful for what you already have and you will attract more good things.”

In the video, the reality star continues: “It’s a beautiful quote and a picture of me and him… How unbelievably special is that?”

He and his partner PR, Kate Dwyer, announced on 1st October that they’d got engaged and will be tying the knot this coming October.
