Jeremy Kyle lies motionless in the wreckage of a crashed car awaiting fire fighters to cut him free from his mangled prison.
When they arrive and begin to do so, paramedics are also on hand and fit an oxygen mask to his face.

Slowly and carefully, the firemen begin to chop away at the wreckage before finally pulling the TV host out of the wreck.
Don’t worry folks, the pictures may look pretty convincing, but Jezza hasn’t really been involved in a car crash (unless of course we’re talking about his ghoulish morning and afternoon shows).
This scenario is all part of his evening investigative show, The Kyle Files.
In tonight’s episode, the love-him-or-hate-him presenter volunteers to take part in a training day for the Walsall Fire service, in which he is seen being cut free from a car that has been ‘involved’ in a potentially fatal car accident.
As the firefighters carefully remove the car roof off, Kyle comments: “These guys take training seriously as if it is the real thing.
“Scary is the wrong word but this is definitely eye opening.
“People get in a car and they don’t realise how flimsy they are. With all this going on, the car is destroyed.”
This special episode that airs tonight at 8pm focuses on the issue of irresponsible driving, particularly looking at those individuals who use their mobile phones while driving.
Jeremy also hits the road with a specialist police team who deal mainly with what they call the ‘Fatal Five’ – speeding, driving without a seatbelt, driving while distracted, careless driving, and driving under the influence of drugs or drink.
And viewers will see him confront a man who openly admits to having driven under the influence of hard drugs. And from our past experience of the telly rottweiller, we can imagine how the this fella ends up.
Although his crash scenario has been faked for the show, it will no doubt bring back some memories of a crash she was in involved in 2012, in which he miraculously walked away with no injuries.
The presenter and his driver escaped unhurt when his black BMW collided with a Mazda MX3 on the A1 .

The Mazda somersaulted on to the opposite carriageway and Jeremy’s car was left smashed up on the central reservation.
Mazda driver Darren Shannon, 35, of Retford, Notts, said: “I heard Jeremy was shaking like a leaf. All three of us were lucky to be alive.” .
The Kyle Files – Danger At The Wheel is on ITV at 8pm Monday.
