It’s usually him calling the shots, but Jeremy Kyle saw the tables turned when a guest on his show refused to take a seat until she received an apology from the chat show host.
Accusing him of describing her flat as “grotty”, angry Elaine demanded that Jeremy take back his comment, even showing audience members pictures of her flat on the screen.
She was particularly proud of her toilet seat showing a picture of New York.
“I ain’t sitting down until I get an apology off you. About my flat. When you turned around and said about it being grotty. Get the photos up and you can see how ‘grotty’ it is,” she shouted.
“I will prove to you my flat is gorgeous! I even have a toilet seat that is flaming New York. I bet you ain’t! That is not grotty!”
“So you sit on the Big Apple?” Jeremy asked, making Elaine even more furious.
“I have never even seen your flat!” he continued, before the pair finally settled their differences and got back to the business of Elaine’s concerns that her husband John was having it off with his ‘groupies’ while out on DJ gigs.

Elaine and John previously appeared on the show, when Elaine was accused of sleeping with one of her and John’s mutual friends.
She memorably accused John of not being able to “make it rain”…
After explaining her weather forecast sex lingo (we are not going to elaborate here!) to Jeremy, 52, the TV host queasily covered his mouth and emerged looking a lot paler than usual.
Elaine’s story made headlines, and although the couple of six years still reunited after leaving the show, they were back again for yet another round of lie detector tests.
This time, John was in the hot seat, and despite referring to his wife’s erm…technique…as ‘all teeth’, he passed the lie detector test with flying colours, proving he’d done nothing wrong and that his groupies were most likely at home with a cuppa and a digestive by 9pm.
Poor Jeremy, on the other hand, wasn’t going to get let off the hook that easily.
Earlier on in the show, yet another guest took a pop at him by accusing him of cheating on his wife.

The guest, Louis, had appeared on the show to prove he hadn’t slept with his girlfriend’s cousin (turns out he had had sex with three other women though), and while being grilled by Jezza asked, “Where’s your wife?”
Jeremy replied, “I haven’t got a wife. I’m divorced.”
“Did you cheat on her?” Louis smirked.
“No I did not,” said Jeremy, who split from ex-wife Carla Germaine in 2015 and is now happily engaged to fiancée Vicky Burton.
