Jesy Nelson unveils dramatic new hair transformation

She's ditched her red locks

Jesy Nelson has ditched her signature fiery red locks for a new platinum blonde bobbed hairdo.

The Little Mix star, who is known for switching up her hairstyles often, took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal she’s “had the chop” and unveiled her hair transformation.

Jesy wore her new striking blonde locks in a straight sleek style and sported an all-black leather pinafore dress to compliment her hair colour.

Fans couldn’t get enough of Jesy’s new look with many flooding the post with compliments and strings of heart-eyes emojis.

One person said: “That hair is everything,” while another wrote: “SHE LOOKS AMAZING.”

A third added: “This is my fave hair look on you ever!”

Jesy showcased her new hair as she stepped out in London on Thursday as she arrived at the BBC Radio One studios to promote the new Little Mix single.

She was joined by her Little Mix band mates Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.

Perrie looked stunning in a satin jumpsuit and brown leather coat while Jade wore a baby blue cropped t-shirt with a pair of pink straight leg bottoms.

Leigh-Anne, meanwhile, wore a gorgeous pin-striped jumpsuit.

The pop group are set to drop their latest single Woman Like Me, which features rapper Nicki Minaj, on Friday.

Their new track is the first single from their new album, which has been nicknamed ‘LM5’ by fans.

It comes after the band were dogged by rumours of a split since their last album, Glory Days, came out in 2016.

However, their producer, Digital Farm Animals (real name Nick Gale), rubbished the rumours, confirming in an interview with the Metro earlier this year that they were still working together.

He said: “I’m in [the studio] with them at the moment, we’re working on a few projects. We’ve got some stuff we’re working on right now, nothing set in stone.”
