From her cosmetic surgery procedures to a complete change in appearance, former glamour model Jodie Marsh has had quite the transformation over the past few years.
During the early 2000s, Jodie was a prominent face on our screens, appearing on Celebrity Big Brother and starring in her own MTV reality show, Totally Jodie Marsh. She also turned to bodybuilding after her modelling days.
In recent years, the 46 year old has stepped away from the spotlight and is a proud owner of her animal rescue home, Fripps Farm Animal Rescue, which she regularly documents on her Instagram page.
As she ditches her glamour girl career, we’re taking a look at Jodie’s brand-new look…

Jodie Marsh revealed new cosmetic surgery procedure
Over the weekend (March 23), Jodie revealed that she had undergone a cosmetic procedure. She also showed off the results while still looking bruised from the surgery.
Prior to the operation, she explained from her hospital bed that she was preparing to remove the “excess skin” from her eyelids while also expressing her excitement.
Hours later, Jodie uploaded a photo of her swollen face, where she had plasters taped to her eyes and eyelids.

“Oof, I look rough!” she admitted in a video clip on her Instagram Story. In another snapshot, Jodie was seen in the car with bandages across her forehead.
While also wearing sunglasses, she said: “I can’t see anything, and I’m being driven home. I can’t see anything, and I can’t feel anything.
“But I feel gangster – this is mad.”

‘Fat but happier than ever’
While many are used to seeing Jodie wear skimpy outfits for lads’ mags or showing off her muscles for bodybuilding competitions, Jodie admitted she is no longer interested in fitting into a particular mould.
During a 2023 interview with The Sun, she revealed her animal sanctuary is now her top priority. “The reason I’m now fat and haven’t got a six pack is because I don’t have time to eat properly or even do the food shopping. Not ever,” Jodie said.
Admitting she “used to cook healthy meals”, Jodie insisted she doesn’t “have time for that any more”. She also said her schedule is so “manic” that she doesn’t have time to go to the gym either.
However, Jodie is not complaining as she admitted she is happier than ever.
“I cannot explain the joy I feel every single day of my life, the satisfaction, the feeling of contentment, just knowing that I’m doing something good. I’m doing what I always should have been doing, 100%.”

‘I’m either a sex bomb or a hobo’
For her New Year’s Eve celebrations last year, Jodie got dolled up for the occasion, wearing a floor-length, one-shouldered black dress that showed off her right breast, which was decorated with a dazzling rose.
“I think this is possibly the best dress I’ve ever worn,” she wrote on Instagram, documenting the bold look.
In the comments section, one user asked: “Bet it was nice to get all dolled up for a change wasn’t it?”
In response, Jodie made a joke about her appearance.
“Yes it was really nice. I’m either a sex bomb or a hobo. There’s no in-between,” she said, adding numerous laughing emoji.
Former glamour model Jodie Marsh has always been open about her surgery, whether that be plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures.
Over the weekend, the 46 year old revealed to her Instagram followers that she had removed the “excess skin” from her eyelids. However, that isn’t the only procedure she’s had done over the years.
Jodie Marsh wants her boobs ‘reduced’
After having her first boob job at age 29, Jodie has admitted she wants to have her breasts reduced after she’s noticed a change in her body.
“I would like to have my boobs reduced, but right now I don’t have the time or money to do it, and I can’t find a surgeon that will do it anyway, because they’re all saying it’s too big a job and I think they’re scared to do it,” she told the Daily Mail in 2024.
However, Jodie stated she does not “regret” having breast implants, insisting “everything happens for a reason, everything’s a lesson.”
Jodie’s nose job stemmed from being bullied
The first-ever plastic surgery procedure Jodie had done was a nose job. Sadly, the decision to go under the knife stemmed from being bullied at school.
During an honest chat with The Guardian, Jodie said having a nose job “changed my life”.
She continued: “I thought, you can say what you want to me now, but I’m not ugly.”
‘I can’t relate to people who completely deform their face’
Even though she’s gone under the knife several times, TV star Jodie believes she knows when to stop.
During an interview with Mirror Celeb in 2016, she said: “I can’t relate to people who completely deform their face like Pete Burns.
“I’m like: ‘Why would you want to look like that why would you do that to yourself?'”
Jodie also revealed that a botched boob job left her feeling “embarrassed and ashamed”.
“I couldn’t cuddle, I could be intimate with anyone, I couldn’t even have sex,” she stated.
