And Strictly pro Dianne Buswell sweetly gushed as she saw in the New Year with her new love, celebrity dance partner Joe Sugg.
In what seemed to be the perfect moment, with fireworks going off in the background, the couple shared a tender kiss.
And Dianne shared a lovely message on Instagram.
“2018 you were an absolute blast so many amazing memories and achievements 2019 I’m so ready for you I can’t wait to see what is install [sic].
“I wish each and every one of you a happy and healthy 2019 because at the end of the day that is the most important thing of all 💓 also I couldn’t be happier with who I saw 2019 in with @joe_sugg [sic].”
Joe had been co-hosting the countdown to midnight with Strictly winner Stacey Dooley for BBC One.
He was reunited with his new girlfriend at the end of December, after she spent Christmas in her homeland, Australia.
But on Christmas Eve she ensured that he – and the rest of us thanks to her post on Instagram – knew she was thinking about him. Aww.
She wrote: “When I was sat on Santa Suggs lap he asked me what i wanted for Christmas?
“My response was (apart from a tamagotchi) I have everything that makes me happy Already 😊❤️.
“I honestly feel so so lucky I’m in Australia with the best family a girl could wish for.
“And I have a very special somebody waiting for me when I return to the uk @joe_sugg 😊❤️.
“I hope everybody out there has the most amazing Christmas spent with loved ones and having the best time sending you all joy and happiness merry Christmas you amazing lot xx. [sic]”
We can’t cope with how loved-up these two are!
