Subsequently, the soon-to-be-31-year-old Loose Women star documented the whole weekend away on Instagram.

Not only did Joe whisk her and children away for the weekend, but the camper van that did the whisking was decorated with flowers.
As a result, mum-of-three Stacey documented the whole experience on her Instagram Stories.

Her first video showed Zachary, Leighton and baby Rex in the back of the van, which was festooned with beautiful flowers.
“Off on a birthday adventure for the weekend,” Stacey captioned the video.
She then explained to her 3.7milliion followers that Joe had decorated the van himself (with a little help from a florist).

Stacey shared a video of the family on the road.
In the darkness of night, she wrote: “We’re not in Essex anymore.”
“I love sheep,” she continued. “They crack me up.”

When the family arrived at their destination, Stacey shared another video of Joe’s big birthday surprise.
As a result, Stacey showed off the luxury pods they were staying in for the weekend.

“We have arrived,” she said. “And we aren’t sleeping in the van. I can’t believe it.”

This morning (Saturday October 3), Stacey woke up early with baby Rex to show off her birthday accommodation.
“This is our little house in a hill,” she began. “I’ve never seen anything like it!”
She also told fans that Joe and the boys were still sleeping after the long journey from the night before.

Stacey paid tribute to Joe
Only a week ago, Stacey took to social media to pay tribute to Joe.
“No matter what happens, you’re always there, behind me, supporting me,” she said.

“But most importantly, you crack me up. You make me laugh every day (mostly with you).”
She continued: “All jokes aside, I’m so lucky I found you. It took a while but it was worth it. I love you to the moon and stars and back again.”
