Jamie Oliver’s wife, Jools, has revealed her heartbreak at suffering a miscarriage.
The gorgeous mother has five children with the global superchef but it hasn’t always been happy times for her and her family.
Jools, 42, gave birth to her youngest, River Rocket, last year, but has told how her previous miscarriage gave her concerns during the pregnancy.
Talking to the MailOnline, brave Jools said: “I had a miscarriage at three months, which makes you so worried once you are pregnant again – it makes it impossible to enjoy the early stages of pregnancy.”
She and Jamie are proud parents to Petal Blossom, seven, Poppy Honey, 14, Daisy Boo, 13, Buddy Bear, six, and little River.
And even with such a big family already, Jools hasn’t ruled out the prospect of having more children!
She said: “I never really draw the line.
“River’s six months now, so we’re past the really difficult sleepless first few months.
“He’s such a joy. I’m getting older but I’d definitely do it again if I could.
“I think Jamie’s finished but you just never know.”
Jools, who is the owner of children’s clothing range Little Bird, hasn’t spoken about when the tragic loss happened.
However, back in October of last year, she shared a photo on Instagram to raise awareness of miscarriage.
She captioned a touching image of a candle and said: “We are lighting a candle to mark the end of #babylossawarenessweek thinking of all the little babies that leave too soon and for all the incredible parents that bravely battle through their loss.
“May all their little stars shine bright ✨ xxx our candle as always burns bright for little Archie and our baby bean ❤️”
Jools faced a battle to get pregnant after being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome when she was a teenager.
The parents welcomed cute little River back in August and Jamie shared the sweetest photo of him wrapped up in a blanket to announce his arrival to the world.
He wrote: “And then this just happened guys !! IT’S A BABY BOY !!
“Everyone in the Oliver family is very surprised and beyond happy. He arrived safely, mum / @joolsoliver was really really amazing, unbelievably composed, natural birth and my two eldest Girls got to come in at the very end as the baby was born which was amazing to witness very very emotional.
“8lbs ( that’s 16 packs of butter for you bakers out there) anyway we’re all hitting the hay it’s been a long day big love… bless a little baby boy Woop Woop !!!!”
What a gorgeous family!
