Just last month Jools and her celeb chef hubby Jamie Oliver welcomed baby River Rocket.
But when it comes to her figure, she is looking incredible, after she revealed she is already ‘almost’ back in her skinny trousers.
The 41-year-old posted an image of herself on Instagram, which highlighted her slim shape.
Wearing a simple tee and pinstripe cotton trousers, she wrote: “Finally ‘almost’ fitting into these gorgeous trousers so comfy post little baby and beyond.
“I think we have finally found our perfect trousers.”

Unsurprisingly, the image attracted more than 12,000 likes in just 24 hours, leaving gushing over the mum of five.
One wrote: “You’re one amazing mumma!!! Looking fantastic!!!”
A fellow mum wrote: “Woah! How on earth ! ? Just had my third and it took me a year to get there ! Well done!”

Jools – who designs the Little Bird children’s range for Mothercare – has been married to Jamie for 16 years.
The pair already have children Poppy Honey Rosie, 14, Daisy Boo Pamela, 13, Petal Blossom Rainbow, six, and Buddy Bear Maurice, five.
Shortly after giving birth to her second son, Jools posted another message to her Instagram, saying: “Little baby boy Oliver has arrived we are so very happy, blessed, grateful and totally in love all over again.
“So very proud of our two eldest daughters who cut the cord. Jamie was my hero!!!”
