After everything he’s been through, it was heartwarming to see that Rio Ferdinand had found love again.
The retired footballer, 38, began dating former TOWIE star Kate Wright, 26, earlier this year, two years after his wife Rebecca Ellison lost her battle with breast cancer.
Well, Kate has now set tongues wagging by posting a selfie to her Instagram page that was clearly taken in Rio’s home gym. Alongside the picture, she’s written: “Workout timmmeee.”
The question on everyone’s lips is: have the couple moved in together?
It would seem like the next logical step. Last week, the pretty blonde – who dated TOWIE co-star Dan Edgar before quitting the show earlier this year – told The Sun that she was dedicated to making a go of things with her new beau.
She said: “I’m taking a step back from the public eye. I want to keep my life private, as I lived my previous relationship on TOWIE.
“My priority right now is Rio and the family.”
And a friend of Katie’s confirmed: “She hopes that having no links with brands and no longer being on TV will help give her the quiet life she longs for with her new family.”

Well, judging by her incredible physique in the Instagram photo, it appears that she’s been spending a lot of that quiet time working out.
We can’t say for certain that all of her fitness sessions have been conducted at Rio’s house, but considering she’s tagged Rio’s personal trainer Mel Deane into the picture, we’d say it’s a fairly safe bet!
And her fans on the social-media site were quick to jump to conclusions. One wrote: “Rio’s house!”
Another observed: “Lovely home gym Rio’s got.”
And a third gushed: “Wishing you, Rio and the kids all the happiness in the world x.”

If anyone deserves a bit of happiness, it’s the former Man United and England defender.
In March of this year, Rio appeared in a BBC documentary, Being Mum And Dad, in which he spoke candidly about how his wife’s death had affected both him and their three young children.
On several occasions, he broke down as he discussed their awful loss.
And even though he’s finally found happiness with Kate, he admits that he still feels “anger” over what happened.
So much so, he revealed earlier this week that he’s launching a professional boxing career in an attempt to channel some of that aggression.
He told The Telegraph: “It’s something for me to focus on after the last couple of years.
“My kids just said: ‘Dad, don’t get knocked out.’ I’ve got to maintain that respect when I walk through the front door, so I’ll be doing everything I can to make sure I don’t!”
