Kate Wright has revealed the results of her hard work in the gym in a new Instagram post.
The former TOWIE star posed for a snap after her exercise session with fiancé Rio Ferdinand and fans were stunned by her miniscule waist.
The 28-year-old has been a keen gym fan for some time but she appears to have upped her regime recently.

Kate captioned her picture with: “Post workout pik … looking good babe @rioferdy5 #workoutpartner #gym (sic)”.
The couple often post about their workouts in their gym gear but fans couldn’t believe how incredible Kate’s figure looked in her latest online post.
“Look at her waist!” gushed one follower.
Another agreed and added: “That waist.”
Others hailed Kate and 40-year-old Rio “couple goals” after their joint fitness pic.
“Fit Goals, smoking couple,” wrote one fan.
“Perfect couple,” commented a second follower.
And one fan suggested the exercise-loving pair should bring out a fitness DVD!
“Can’t you two do a work out DVD?” they asked.

Kate is now prepping for her wedding to Rio. She gave a glimpse of her luxurious Hen do in Mykonos last month.
She posted a series of poolside pics on Instagram as she let her hair down with her girlfriends.

Rio proposed to Kate during their holiday in Abu Dhabi last November, with his three children by their side.

Kate has taken on the role of being step-mum to Rio’s children.
