The TV personality is no stranger to discussing some of the most taboo topics and making her controversial opinions heard. But today, the former reality star had her say on gratitude and life.
As a result, her fans took to the comment section and questioned whether Katie was okay.
She penned: “To the terminally ill. Or those who have been given their sell by date Please know. We are not defined by our death or how we die. The end is not a summary of our big lovely lives. We are all the moments, all the magic, all the highs, lows, loves, laughs and everything in between.
“Be happy as you go. The real story of you is already told.”

‘No need to feel afraid’
Concluding her thoughts, Katie wrote in the caption: “Thoughts on a train. No need to feel afraid. Our path is already set. Best walk it like you mean it.”
Although it seems Katie was trying to show her positive side, her fans weren’t so convinced.
