Katie Price fans have been left thoroughly disgusted after trolls Photoshopped her son’s face onto an image of ISIS runaway Shamima Begum.
Disabled teen Harvey shared the bizarre composite pic on his Instagram account earlier this afternoon, asking his tormentors: “Why do this to me?”
In the unedited version of the image, Harvey is portrayed as demanding in a profane manner: “Let me back you [bleeps]”.
Former glamour model Katie swiftly made it clear she was very upset by the odd jibe, posting a crying emoji in the caption of the Photoshopped snap as she went on to share it with her near 2 million Instagram followers.

“This is why I need to get online abuse a criminal offence,” she wrote, before adding the teary emoji.
“These people should be named and shamed saying stuff about my son.”
Infuriated followers of both Harvey and Katie hit out at the “absolutely vile” and “cruel” depiction, with several suggesting he should block the haters.
“Just ignore them big lad,” said one fan.

Another fan could not understand why anyone would target Harvey for attack.
“Cannot believe there are adults out there that pick on a disabled child,” they wrote.
“How @officialkatieprice does not lose her [bleep] over this I do not know.”
“It’s literally in no way even funny,” added someone else.
Others advised Harvey to tell his mum about the abuse straight away – and there was also further support for Katie’s campaign to criminalise online abuse.
“Make sure you show your mum, @officialkatieprice so she can get this sorted for you,” said one commenter.
“She’s amazing, and a wonderful mum so you don’t have anything to worry about sweetheart.”
Another remarked to Katie: “That’s outrageous. How is this allowed? I’m sure you will succeed in making this type of abuse a crime as it’s beyond normal on every level.”
However, there were some observers who questioned whether Harvey should be exposed to such unpleasantness at all.
“Make Harvey’s account private,” suggested one.
And another fan pointed the finger at Katie herself, telling her to ‘take responsibility’.
“He doesn’t need to be on Instagram to begin with! You are leaving him open to this,” they claimed.
Mum-of-five Katie recently shrugged off criticism after suggesting she’s considering residential care for Harvey, her eldest child.
She told of how he had “smashed windows, eight iPads and lots of TVs” at home in the last year, scaring his other siblings.
Katie also admitted she has been struggling to care for Harvey – who is partially blind, autistic and has Prader-Willi syndrome – who she believes is “a danger to himself” and constantly wants to be with her.
