Katie Price has quit social media on doctors’ orders.
The mum-of-five, 42, has been told she needs to rest in order for her feet to properly heal.
Katie broke both of her feet on holiday in Turkey last month.
She’s now recovering from a six-hour surgery on both her feet at home with her family.
The former glamour model has been warned she can’t get her casts wet and must have her feet elevated at all times.

She’s also been told it could take up to two years for her to fully recover.
On a recent YouTube video a doctor told her she has “life-changing” injuries.

And now she’s quit social media, or at least temporarily.
Addressing her some 2.3 million Instagram followers, a statement reads: “Katie is taking some time out of the media spotlight.
“Her family and Dr’s have told Katie she must rest in order to heal.

“Katie wants to thank everyone for their ongoing support and will be back when she feels ready.”
The post is captioned with a heart emoji.
Concerned fans rushed to wish her well. One posted: “Rest up docs orders wish you a speedy recovery.”

And another user urged: “Take care of yourself Katie.”
Up until now, Katie had been regularly updating her fans with recovery updates on Instagram.
She shared a video of her struggling to get into a bath as well as her son Harvey bringing her a drink.

She has also continued to plug products on her Stories and post new YouTube videos.
The news of her social media break comes just hours after a report emerged that her neighbours are unhappy with her.
A new report says neighbours near her Ashtead, Surrey rented home have had enough of her dog barking.
A source also claims there is constant piles of rubbish outside of her plush abode.
The source told The Mirror: “Neighbours are mainly upset about the dog, but they’re also unhappy about the rubbish that’s constantly piled up in her garden.
“Everyone knew as soon as they heard she was going to be moving in that there’d be trouble.”
However, Katie’s rep said Blade’s barking had been brought to the model’s attention.
They added that the dog was trained to bark “on intrusion or imminent danger”.
