The mum-of-five told Channel 5 News: “I’ve had so many bad comments but I won’t talk about them because it’s so uncomfortable.
“One of them made a video of Harvey and made it look like he was having sex with him. The video was shocking.”
Katie has set up an online petition to make online trolling a criminal offence and has already racked up over 200,000 signatures.
The star has admitted she won’t stop pushing the campaign and wants to make it global.
The 38-year-old said: “This isn’t about me, I want to save a life, I want to help people.
“It’s not just about my son, it’s about everyone out there.
“It’s got to stop, it’s not clever and it’s not funny.”
Good for her.

In other Pricey news Katie found herself in the firing line accused of posting “inappropriate” photos of her nine-year-old daughter Princess.
The star came under fire after posting a snap of Princess in a bikini after critics claimed the photos were “provocative”.
Speaking on Loose Women Katie said: “If I said to her, ‘Don’t do that pose, it’s too sexy,’ she’d look at me and think, ‘What do you mean?’
“She doesn’t know what sexy is.
“The people who were saying she looks sexy maybe they should question themselves – why are they looking at her thinking she’s sexy?”
