Katie Price is to stand trial today after denying using threatening and abusive behaviour during a row with her ex Kieran Hayler’s girlfriend Michelle Pentecost.
Katie is due to appear at Horsham Magistrates’ Court this Monday, where she will face two charges of using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress outside her children’s school gates on September 6 last year.
The trial prosecutor Georgina Kent previously told the court Katie is accused of a verbal altercation with Michelle, who is now dating her estranged husband Kieran Hayler, and another woman in the playground of a primary school.
Michelle made a formal complaint about Katie, while other parents also intended to take action by speaking to the police after Katie “shouted and swore” at them at the school in West Sussex.
It’s believed that two teachers also witnessed the alleged incident between the women.
Katie and Michelle are expected to give evidence in the trial.

When Katie appeared in court in March, the former glamour model pleaded “not guilty” to claims that she screamed “are you enjoying (beeping) my husband?” at Michelle outside their children’s school in Shipley.
Katie has Jett, five, and four-year-old Bunny with ex Kieran, who she split from in June last year.
Kieran and Michelle began dating later that same year after meeting at the school.

Katie’s latest court appearance will be her fourth this year.
She appeared in court for being twice over the drinking limit after her pink Range Rover crashed. She also went to court after driving whilst disqualified last summer. Katie was then banned from driving for three months in February.
