It was a viral video that shocked fans, when Katie Price was seen rapping about drugs while on holiday in Majorca.
And now the former glamour model has spoken out about the incident in September, admitting: “I really want to apologise,” calling it the “most damaging” story she’s had to deal with in 25 years.
Speaking on her reality show My Crazy Life, Katie, 40, opened up about needing to say sorry to her friend, Melody, whose hen do she was on when the video happened.
The mum-of-five said: “I really want to apologise to her about her hen do.
“Some of us ended up going to a party and I did a stupid video. I’m such a [bleep] when I’m drunk anyway, and there I was rapping about doing coke, what an absolute [bleep].”
The former glamour model denied doing drugs herself that night, but admitted: “Yeah, of course I was aware there was coke there, most parties people go to these days, there’s coke.
“To be honest, I don’t normally get in a state like that. But because I was in a bad way, everything just tumbled out of control.
“I was literally distraught to the point of: ‘Oh my God Kate, I need serious help now’. I’ve made some big mistakes lately, and that was one of them.”
The 40-year-old added: “I’m ashamed of myself and it’s never going to happen again, ever.”
The Sun also reports she said: “That night has got to be the most damaging headline, the most damaging bit of press I’ve probably ever had in 25 years.”
Katie denied doing drugs since ending her marriage to her third husband, Kieran Hayler, saying: “I’ve never been associated with drugs. I’ve never done it apart from when I was with Kieran I self-medicated.
“Before I went to The Priory, yes I was doing cocaine. I self-medicated and I’ve got myself out of that rut. Since I’ve split with Kieran it hasn’t happened again and it’s not going to happen.”

The video in question showed Katie – who is mum to Harvey, Junior, Princess, Jett, and Bunny – rapping “I love coke, it gets me in the air”.
A series of damning headlines followed, as it was reported she’d been dropped as a panellist on Loose Women.
Shortly afterwards, she went to rehab for a stop-start month-long stint, as her mum, Amy blamed the “pressure” from “endless attacks”.
It’s been a rough year for the reality star, who split from her third husband Kieran Hayler earlier this year and has been on and off with new man, Kris Boyson.
