Kerry Katona has given her fans an insight into her mental health battles once again in a video posted on her Instagram.
The star told her devoted fans that she hasn’t “been herself” but said she is doing much better.
Kerry, 36, captioned the clip: “Here to say you’re not alone.”

The former Atomic Kitten singer said: “Good morning all, it’s a beautiful day.
“I’m feeling better – haven’t been myself these last few days.”
She added: “The weather’s beautiful, I’ve been out for a walk, which is really good for mental health.”
She ended the quick video by saying: “So all those who do suffer, it’s really good to try and get out there and have a walk.”
Fans were quick to praise the star for being so open with one saying: “Good on you for speaking out and being a voice for us all.”
Another wrote: “You are a role model to people like me and other keep doing what you’re doing.”
“Love that you talk about mental health issues openly,” a third commented.

The mum-of-five recently flaunted her incredible weight loss by showing off her slimmed-down figure on Instagram.
Kerry posed in a pair of denim shorts as she posed next to her adorable daughter Dylan-Jorge, two.
Kerry captioned the snap: “Woohoo the sunshine is here,” as little Dylan threw her hands in the air.
Kerry, who is married to George Kay, admitted to fans that she has undergone non-surgical liposuction and revealed she “exercises like mad”.
Fans rushed to compliment the star’s incredible new look.

Speaking about her weightloss journey Kerry told Reveal magazine: “The doctors pulled four-and-a-half litres of fat out.
“I was a dress size 14 and I’m an 8 now. I’ve lost three stone, from 12-and-a-half stone to nine-and-a-half stone.
“Because I’m bipolar, exercise is the best thing to do.
“I do exercise every day – about an hour of yoga every morning – that’s my time to relax, balance and connect with myself.”
