Kerry Katona is set to go under the knife for another cosmetic surgery. And it may actually come as a shock to fans.
The 44-year-old recently told her followers that she was going to get a breast reduction procedure, to get rid of the “saggy” parts after she lost weight.
But despite this being just last week, Kerry has shared another updating, revealing she is actually getting implants again.

Last Week, Kerry told her followers about her upcoming breast reduction.
She said on social media: “I’m dead excited because today I am off to Pall Mall Cosmetics for a consultation for my breasts.” However it soon became clear that she was actually getting an implant.
The former Atomic Kittens singer spoke to The Mirror about her upcoming cosmetic surgery.
She revealed: “I just want my own back. I don’t want them to be massive or anything really fake, just mine again.”
But it seems that there is a pattern on when Kerry feels this way. And it relates to her recent break-up.
She admitted: “This happens when I am single. I seem to lose weight every time. And then I put it back on when I’m with someone.”
As for what exactly she’s going for this time, Kerry admits: “I would like them a bit bigger and an uplift. Something that looks natural.”
Kerry is ‘happy’ being single
Back in November, Kerry split from long-term fiance Ryan Mahoney. The star revealed they had been “fighting like cat and dog”.
At the beginning of 2025, she admitted that she was happy being single and that it’s going to be a “great year” for her.
She said: “I’m not heartbroken anymore. I feel like I know Ryan wasn’t the one for me.
“I am a single woman and I am in the best relationship of my life – myself. I know people do things like Dry January and diets, but I don’t drink much anyway and like to work on myself every day, so I’m not into any of that. I’m just going to take it easy this month.”
