Just under a year after welcoming her third child by surrogate, Kim Kardashian is said to be expecting her fourth baby in the same way.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 38, and husband Kanye West, 41, are believed to be using the same surrogate that carried their daughter Chicago, who was born on 15 January last year.
US Weekly has reported that the couple had one fertilised embryo left and decided to go ahead with the same procedure and that they are expecting a boy in May this year.
After Chicago was born, Kim said surrogacy was the “best decision I ever made” while talking on US chat show Live With Kelly and Ryan.
She admitted: “I would have maybe one more [child]. I really, really enjoyed the surrogacy process.”
Kim, who has never revealed the identity of her surrogate, also said she really didn’t miss breastfeeding and that it gave her more time to get all three of her children to bond.
She also has five-year-old daughter North and three-year-old son Saint with Kanye.
Kim gave birth to North and Saint, but she experienced dangerous complications during both pregnancies, including preeclampsia.
Doctors have advised the star that having anymore children naturally could be extremely dangerous for her.

Speaking on her family reality show in 2016, she said: “If the two doctors, that I trust, have told me it wouldn’t be safe for me to get pregnant again, I have to listen to that.”
But their brood might get even bigger as Kim has said rapper hubby Kanye is the one pushing for a bigger family.

She confessed in the latest series of KUWTK: “Kanye wants to have more, though. He’s been harassing me. He wants like seven. He’s like stuck on seven.”
