Celebrity Big Brother star Kim Woodburn is taking a step back from work following an emergency operation.
TV legend Kim underwent surgery on her eye last month, with it being revealed that she would be off work for several weeks until March 7.
However, in a new update, Kim’s management have announced she would still be taking a step back in the coming weeks in a bid to focus on getting better.
Kim Woodburn issued update after operation
Earlier this week, Kim issued an update to her fans on Instagram.
I need to get better!
She uploaded a post that read: “We regret to tell you that Kim is unable to record any further videos for the foreseeable future due to a health problem. Kim sends her love to you all.”
The caption of the image was seemingly written by Kim. She said: “No more videos for now, my loves, I need to get better! [see no evil monkey emoji].”

Fans send well-wishes to Kim
Following the update from Kim’s team, her fans soon rushed to the comments section to share their well wishes and concern for her.
“Take care and get well soon,” said one person. Someone else added: “Oh Kim. Please get well soon.”
A third then chimed in: “Sending lots of love to you Kim.”
Kim Woodburn’s operations
While the operation on her eye appears to be health-related, this isn’t the time Kim is going under the knife for a major procedure.
The I’m A Celebrity star has been vocal about having plastic surgery in the past. She revealed in an interview that she had a breast reduction after appearing on popular ITV show I’m A Celebrity.
She told the Mirror: “I’ve had my breasts reduced, I’ve always had huge knockers, they were very big, they were hanging badly. So when I saw this after the jungle, I thought, oh, God, Kim they look awful love.”
Kim continued: “So I went and got them made smaller. So, now listen up, if I take my bra off they’re firm and pert just like an 18 year old’s.”
