Kirsty Gallacher has a lot on her mind at the moment, what with being charged for drink-driving earlier this week.
But it turns out the Sky Sports News presenter may have something else troubling her, too, with The Sun claiming that she split from her ‘secret’ boyfriend just weeks before her arrest.
The newspaper reported that the 41-year-old Scot had been dating Lewis actor Laurence Fox, 39, for six months, but the couple recently decided to go their separate ways.
However, there seems to be two conflicting theories as to why the lovebirds split.
Earlier this year, Kirsty let on that she had a new beau, but refused to reveal who he was.
She said: “It’s early days. I’m enjoying seeing somebody, going on dates and having a great time.”
And one insider suggested that it was that secrecy that eventually sounded the death knoll for the romance.
“The pair met through pals and hit it off,” they told the newspaper. “They had fun while it lasted. But having to sneak around was a bit tiresome in the end.”

However, The Sun then threw another theory into the mix by reporting that Kirsty’s friends guessed the reason she let the relationship “fizzle out” was that she still has feelings for her former squeeze, rugby star Danny Cipriani, 29.
Cipriani was reported to have ended the relationship last year after struggling to come to terms with the couple’s 12-year age gap.
But a source told The Sun that Kirsty had been “mad for him”.
Both Kirsty and Laurence have previously been married. Laurence wed former Doctor Who actress Billie Piper in 2007. The couple had two children together before divorcing in 2016.
And Kirsty – who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2015 – tied the knot with rugby player Paul Sampson in 2010.
The marriage lasted five years and spawned two children, before the pair divorced in 2015.

It was reported that the presenter was on her way to her ex’s house to pick up their sons – Oscar, nine, and Jude, six – when she was apprehended by police, breathalysed and arrested.
Hours before, she’d posted a picture on Instagram of herself enjoying a night out with pals at the Winning Post pub in Winkfield.
She’s due to appear at Slough Magistrates Court on 4th September.
