Kylie Minogue and her British fiancé are not getting married! Not until Australia make same-sex marriage legal anyway.
Good for them!
The 48-year-old star announced her engagement to actor Joshua Sasse, 28, earlier this year, after the couple met on the set of his TV series Galavant.
But now Josh has revealed that the pair have decided to put off their nuptials until same-sex couples in Australia have the same rights as they do in Britain.
When asked if he would consider marrying Kyle in Melbourne, he old Network Seven there would be no wedding for now.
He said: “I wanted to tell you today on her behalf and on our behalf that until this law has passed in Australia, we will not be getting married.
“There are chances of a Melbourne wedding but me and Kylie have talked about it and we are not comfortable getting married until this law has passed.
“That is something that we’ve talked about and decided on.”

“Why should we? Why is it fair? Why are we more important than anyone else? It’s not right and something’s got to be done about it.”
Joshua said he had been “astounded” to discover gay marriage was illegal in Australia.
“I simply can’t fathom on any level, whether it’s moral, religious or anything, that I have the right to get married and to marry the person I love and that somebody else doesn’t just because of their sexual orientation,” he said.
The father of one has started a Say I Do Down Under campaign to try and legalise same-sex marriage.

On the official website, he writes: “Let’s raise our voice and public support for change.
Kylie has previously talked about her fiancé’s passion for the issue, she said: “He’s so adamant to fight for gay rights in Australia and it’s coming from the most genuine place.
“He just can’t fathom that same-sex marriage hasn’t been legalised and of course I back him up on that, we are waiting for it to happen.”
