If you’re looking for some fitness inspiration, look no further than actress Linda Robson.
The svelte TV star – who has lost two stone in recent months – took to Instagram on Tuesday to demonstrate a yoga pose – and fans were stunned by how great Linda looks.
“Not bad for a 60-year-old!” joked the Bird of a Feather star as she stretched, adding: “Don’t forget to breathe!”
Next to the video, the Loose Women regular wrote: “Forgot to put this up last night, popped into Shelly’s yesterday did the warrior pose, great for grounding and stability, not bad for a 60 year old, happy Tuesday all, namaste, love Nannylinda”.
Her 103k followers were blown away, with one commenting: “Linda you look great. ❤️”.
Another added: “@lindarobson58 you look amazing!!! Wish I had your motivation… xx.”
A third wrote: “Linda you’re so petite! What a beautiful frame you have 🤗 such an inspiration xx.”
Linda has been making an effort to keep fit after facing a diabetes scare last year.
She has claimed that cutting out sugar and alcohol and making sure she exercises regularly have helped her lose weight, and lowered her diabetes risk.
She previously spoke to her Loose Women co-hosts about her weight loss, claiming she now felt more comfortable in her own skin.
“I have spent all my life walking around swimming pools in sarongs, covering myself up,” she said.

It follows her appearance at the Best Magazine Heroes Awards last week, where she again wowed fans with her new look.
Linda posted some pictures from the awards on her Instagram account, drawing rave comments from her fans who said she’s never looked better.
“You are looking fantastic Linda xxx,” one fan commented, while another said, “Beautiful dress, looking good Linda x.”
“You do half look lovely losing that weight has took 10yrs if ya well done xx,” another fan said.
“You looking smoking hot !!!!! X,” said a fourth.
