Lisa Riley has documented her weight loss journey, and now looks sensational after dropping from size 30 to size 14.
However, the former Emmerdale star has now revealed an incident that made her want to lose weight.
Lisa told the Loose Women panel how she was asked to get on a weighing scale before boarding a plane so they knew how heavy she was.
The 40-year-old confessed she was left mortified as she stepped on the scales while the other passengers watched.
Showing a photo of the event, Lisa admitted: “My hand in the photo is covering up the digits on the screen. I didn’t want anyone to see! It felt dreadful.”

She continued: “They were weighing us to see where we should go on the plane.
“I was the biggest person to get on the plane.
“I don’t wanna be in that position again. It was embarrassing.”
The segment comes after Hawaiian Airlines revealed that they are planning on weighing their passengers before they board to reduce the number of crashes.

Co-host Jane Moore argued that people should be charged for weight of their luggage and themselves rather than making the seats bigger, because it is wrong to “normalise obesity”.
She added: “They don’t have a moral responsibility to do anything, they’re running a business.
“They just need to get you to your destination safely.”
But Lisa pointed out that: “Airlines aren’t helping themselves, you get on the cheap airlines and they’re selling rubbish.
“Doorstop sandwiches, snacks, crisps… lots of additives.”
Whereas Stacey Solomon and Coleen Nolan suggested the health departments in Hawaii should take responsibility for the number of overweight people in their nation, not the airlines.
