Outstanding Achievement winner Lorraine Kelly used her speech at the 2019 TV Choice Awards to hit out at social media trolls and urge TV presenters to appreciate what they do.
The 59-year-old host was honoured with the Outstanding Achievement Award and was presented with the accolade by Good Morning Britain co-host Piers Morgan.
The TV legend then used her time on the podium to address “vile” internet bullies and called for an end to nastiness online.

She went on to say to her fellow TV stars: “Just be kind and enjoy the best business in the world. Aren’t we lucky to be in telly?”
Meanwhile, Line of Duty was a big winner on the night, with the hit cop show nabbing Best Drama Series following the explosive fifth season.
