Love Island star Olivia Buckland has dumped her co-star bridesmaid Cara De La Hoyde ahead of her wedding to Alex Bowen.
Olivia and Alex are set to get married next month, after coming second in Love Island back in 2016.

Olivia had asked Cara to appear as a bridesmaid in the wedding, but according to her column in New! Magazine, she’s taken it back.
Olivia claims that Cara’s responsibilities to her family and baby son were taking priority and that her duties as bridesmaid were too much added pressure.

“Cara’s got Freddie now and when I asked her she was a lot less busy and I thought she could handle the pressure,” she said.
“I don’t need you to be my bridesmaid, you’re coming to the wedding regardless and if it’s easier on us both with all the commitment, how do you feel about coming to the wedding as a guest?”

Olivia claimed that Cara was happy with the decision, saying that she appreciated the consideration.
“She was really happy about it and said it was nice to hear that I thought about it like that,” Olivia said.
“You don’t have to be a bridesmaid to know that we are good friends.”
Cara and her fiancé, fellow Love Island winner Nathan Massey, will still be at the wedding – and Cara has put any rumours of a feud to bed.
