Love Island’s Samira Mighty and Frankie Foster both rocked up for the same red carpet movie premiere, just hours after announcing their split.
That could have been awkward…
The couple were both guests at a screening of The Festival held in London’s Leicester Square on Tuesday evening shortly after Frankie issued an apology to Samira over allegations he’d been unfaithful.
They didn’t walk the red carpet together or pose for any photos together.

Frankie later joined fellow Love Island star Charlie Brake for dinner in Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Samira had no shortage of fellow Love Island stars to chat with at the premiere, as islanders in attendance included Jack Fowler and Laura Crane, Alex Miller and Laura Anderson and Paul Knops.
Frankie, 22, issued a statement on Monday evening in response to allegations over the weekend he’d been caught kissing another woman on a night out.
Mail Online published video footage allegedly showing him kissing another woman at a PA in Kent while Samira was on a night out in Essex.
His rep told OK! Magazine: “Frankie wholeheartedly knows that his actions were not acceptable and has apologised to Samira.”
The statement added of the couple’s split: “They have decided to remain civil and have some space apart to decide on what they want to do.”
It was Samira’s rep who first confirmed the break-up on Monday afternoon.
In a statement to The Sun, a rep for Samira said: “Samira will be taking some time out from her relationship with Frankie to focus on herself and future work opportunities.
“They have spoken in depth about the recent events and Samira feels a break for now is the best thing for both of them so they can see what the future holds.”
Earlier in the day, Samira had tweeted out to say tabloid claims she and Frankie were locked in “crisis talks” about their relationship were false.
Samira and Frankie fell for each other on this year’s Love Island.
Things were so serious that Samira even quit the villa to be with Frankie after he was dumped by viewers and she was left behind heartbroken and alone.
They made things official on a later episode of Love Island: Aftersun, when Frankie stunned Samira by asking her to be his girlfriend.
Frankie told Samira on TV: “In there, obviously what you guys saw was me having so much fun with Sam. Since we’ve come out, we’ve had the best time. I don’t just want us to be a couple on Love Island, I want to know if you want to be my girlfriend?”
A stunned Samira gave Frankie a huge kiss in response.
As Frankie presented Samira with a bouquet of flowers, host Caroline Flack gushed: “You are so cute! Officially a couple on Aftersun!”
