She spends her days working with husband Eamonn Holmes on TV or enduring gruelling Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals with pro partner Anton du Beke.
So you can forgive Ruth Langsford for getting a little bit muddled over who is who.
The 57-year-old was appearing on Strictly’s spinoff show, It Takes Two, with Anton on Tuesday night, when she mixed up her hubby and dance partner while chatting about her last routine.
She began to refer to Anton as Eamonn before quickly correcting herself – but not before host Zoe Ball noticed!
“I love the Charleston,” said Ruth.
“My granny taught me the Charleston so when Eam… Anton said we had the Charleston, I said I knew how to do it… I just couldn’t do the other bits!”
Oops!
Ruth replied: “Did I? They’re melding into one!”
It led Zoe to then joke: “It’s a good thing it’s not the other way around – that could be awkward!”
Anton then interjected to quip: “I wouldn’t want to be there for that moment!”
No, we don’t imagine you would!
He quipped: “I’m a chilled guy but pretty sure if I called Ruth by another woman’s name my texts would be getting a forensic examination!”
Fans chipped in to tell Eamonn he should be flattered as it clearly meant Ruth was thinking about him, even during a TV interview.
One wrote: “She’s obviously got you on her mind!”
Another said: “Cos you are always on her mind.”
A third joked: “Easy mistake – like twins!”
Meanwhile, Anton and wife Hannah became parents to twins in March.
Although both couples are clearly happily married, that hasn’t stopped cheeky Eamonn bantering about the infamous and dreaded Strictly love curse.
“When we do This Morning, I go into my wife’s dressing room and I say, ‘What are you wearing today?’” he explained.

“She goes, ‘Never you mind’. I am trying to co-ordinate as I might have a nice blue suit or some fancy shirts, but she does not like that.
“So what will make me jealous and angry is if she co-ordinates with Anton. Yes. She could be matching within weeks.”
Somehow we doubt that’s going to happen…
