After getting his start on TOWIE as an original cast member, Mark Wright has gone on to find success as a TV presenter.
And now his chiselled good looks and cheeky chappy charm are winning him fans across the pond, as he prepares to take up hosting duties on Extra TV.
Mark has bagged a full-time correspondent role on the popular entertainment show, alongside Mario Lopez (aka Saved By The Bell heartthrob AC Slater!), Renee Bargh, AJ Calloway and Tanika Ray.
Mark took to Instagram to excitedly share a selfie of himself with fellow Extra presenter Mario.
He captioned the pic: “4 days !! @mariolopezextra@extratv ”
He also shared a behind the scenes video of him messing around with the rest of the team, smiling for photos and mingling with celebs, adding that he was ‘so pumped’ for the new series to air.

Fans in the comments wished him luck in his new venture, with one fan commenting: “Wow @wrighty_ looking hot, owning it and holding your own. Well done mate ❤”
Another told him: “You make essex proud @wrighty_ well done you ”

Mark’s wife Michelle Keegan also took to the comments, excitedly saying: “Here we goooooo! ❤,” earning her a ‘xx’ back from her hubby.
One cheeky commenter questioned the authenticity of his off-camera relationship with co-star Mario, asking: “Do you and Mario get along?! ..why doesn’t he follow u on the gram ”. Uh oh!
Mark has had to fight off rocky marriage rumours, as Michelle works away filming in South Africa for large periods of time, and now Mark is set for an initial year in LA.
Speaking to MailOnline about how she may feel, he said: “”She probably feels the same way I do, like, ‘Wow what an opportunity’. She’s touched by it.”
On how they make long distance work, he added: “I think any husband and wife, if one’s working away then one will visit the other, that’s a given.”
