Another wrote: “Love the skirt, I want one. Also, what diet did you go on? You look amazing.”
A third added: “Beautiful as always but just a bit thin.”
A fourth commented: “How have you got so tiny all of a sudden.”
The weight-related comments didn’t go unnoticed with her followers.
Defending the star, one wrote: “Evidently Martine has lost weight, yet why do people think its okay to be so rude? She hasn’t posted this asking you what you think of her weight loss! She’s promoting Wallis.
“Comment on the outfit, it’s really not okay to be so personal about someone’s weight.”
It’s nasty and very damaging!
A second shared: “Why is it your business?”
A third stated: “She’s battling an illness.”
In addition, a fourth said: “She doesn’t look thin at all, stop pinning labels on people, it’s nasty and very damaging.”
Star’s health conditions
Martine has previously been diagnosed with Lyme disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, ME and Fibromyalgia is often vocal about the conditions.
She previously admitted on ITV’s Loose Women that because of these illnesses, she suffered heartbreaking and ‘horrific’ recurrent miscarriages because her immune system ‘was shot’.
“I didn’t have problems getting pregnant; I had problems keeping them. And because of the ME, I just wasn’t strong enough,” the former EastEnders star told Loose Women.

“I had lost babies, and it was horrific every time.”
She also revealed to The Sun that her darkest point came when she was confined to a wheelchair, and over a period of seven years, she collapsed more than 20 times.
Martine said: “That was scary when I was in a wheelchair or couldn’t shower on my own. I was reliant on everyone else. It was a very dark place to be.”
Meanwhile, the star admitted earlier this year that she is a fan of the Cambridge Weight Plan.
The star previously revealed that she had managed to lose one stone and 21 inches from her body thanks to following the plan for just five weeks.
