Izzy, 33, announced the exciting news on Instagram back in April.
In the super adorable photo little Lola can be seen leaning in to kiss her mummy’s stomach.
Izzy wrote: “Harry, Lola and I are so happy to share our news.
“After having IVF to conceive Lola people used to say to me you’ll probably fall pregnant naturally next time.
“I wondered how it would ever be that simple after all the difficulties we have previously faced. I never believed we would be lucky enough, but whilst writing Dare to Dream this little miracle happened.
“I want to give others hope that amazing things can happen .”
The former Escala violinist recently opened up about her IVF struggle.
Celebrating the anniversary of the conception of her little girl, she wrote: “Two years ago today…. on the 29th April our little embryo was put back home and I’ve carried her every day since.

She continued: “To anyone going through IVF or about to go through their transfer, never stop believing that your miracle is waiting for you.
“The beauty of being lucky enough to see Lola as an embryo, watching her being put back home and seeing the light flashing across the screen as she was released is the closest to magic I’ve ever been.
“It wasn’t the way @juddymcfly and I thought we would conceive but it was every bit as romantic. Always believe amazing things will happen #DaretoDream.”
Izzy first became pregnant in 2014, but sadly miscarried. She then had Lola in January last year.
Speaking to OK! magazine when they welcomed their first child together Harry revealed: “Being a dad just feels right. It feels quite natural. It is the best thing ever.”
“Everything we went through was worth it because it has brought us to this moment. IVF is just mind-blowing and such an amazing thing to give us this family.
“You are just floating in a cloud of love. Our wedding day was the best day of my life and this was a similar feeling, but times 10,” he added.
