The Met Office currently has a yellow warning in place for snow for a large part of central and Southern Wales.
Other parts of country will see periods of heavy rain and thunderstorms, especially in southern and south-western parts of England.
But it’s not all bad as parts in the north of England could see temperatures hit 12C.
Met Office meteorologist Mark Wilson told The Sun Online: “It will be a very unsettled day across the UK tomorrow. Most areas are going to be hit with heavy rain and that could turn into thunderstorms and hail in places.
“There will be some snow over high ground as well.”
Meanwhile, the official Met Office Twitter page tweeted on Thursday: “The latest #Snowdar shows #Snow falling across parts of south #Wales this morning, so take care if you are travelling in the next few hours.”
Snow could be seen in London Bridge just before 3pm on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, police were forced to close the A9 at Slochd in Scotland.
A sudden burst of hail and snow in Lancashire also caused a 24-car pile-up, with local police describing the scenes as “carnage” and urging road users to either drive slowly or remain at home.
Northumberland and Cumbria also faced blizzard conditions.
