Speaking to People magazine, the singer’s representative confirmed the baby girl’s name.
“The family is back home and are overjoyed with the new addition,” his rep added.
Vida’s first name means “life” in Lusiana’s native language Spanish and there is also a special meaning behind the little girl’s two middle names.
Amber is after the singer’s mum Amber Santagà and Betty after Luisana’s mum Beatriz Lopilato.
The couple welcomed Vida last week and proud mum Luisana took to Instagram the following day to share the first glimpse at their new addition.
The 31-year-old posted a black and white photo of the newborn’s tiny hand with a hospital band around her wrist.
Alongside the picture, Luisana wrote in Spanish: “How to explain that our heart explodes with love?
“That we don’t reach the hours of the day to contemplate it. I thank God for making us this gift of life and joy! Because looking at her eyes is to look at the sky itself!”
She added: “We love you to infinity and beyond. We expected you not just to grow as a family… you gave us light, hope, you are and will be our life of the soul.”
The couple are already parents to son Noah, four, and son Elias, two.
Michael and Luisana announced earlier this year that they were expecting their third child together.
Michael, 42, confirmed the happy news himself on stage at the Juno Awards in Canada.
He told the audience: “You have filled me up with joy, love and luck. Five years ago I was here and you brought me luck as my wife was pregnant with my first child.
“Now you did it again! My wife and I are pregnant with our number three.”
Meanwhile, earlier this month, Feeling Good singer Michael revealed he and Luisana were having a daughter.

He broke the news during an interview with Ireland’s Today FM radio programme, The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show.
He said: “I have my first little girl coming in about three weeks. I have actually never said that before in public! I have a daughter.”
The couple’s world was rocked in 2016 when their eldest son Noah was diagnosed with cancer.
Michael cancelled all work commitments to focus on his family and, the following year, the family released a statement saying Noah was “progressing well” after treatment.
