The four-year-old boy was diagnosed with liver cancer, and his proud parents have both said that he’s a “fighter”.

Michael and his wife Luisana Lopilato have cancelled their entire work schedules to help him through it.

Brandee really wanted to make his Christmas special so tracked down the must-have toy of the year – a Hatchimal.

A friend of the family told Us Weekly: “They are really sad but hopeful. They immediately got him very good care and they are hoping and praying for the best.

“They are getting him the best doctors around. It’s really heartbreaking. This was a real shock, but they are doing everything they can.

“They’re staying positive and Noah is a fighter.”

Noah’s aunt shared a picture of the hard-won Hatchimal on Instagram.

“Spent hours looking at every possible store that sold toys in Vancouver, got on waiting lists, only to find one on Craigslist, an hour away from where we live & twice the price…but we got Noah the Hatchimal that I promised him!” she wrote.

“Tia & Tio pulled through! And I think Mike may be more excited than he is! #family #westicktogether #crazytoyhype #imcomingwithpresents #hatchimals .”

How sweet!

Noah’s parents haven’t spoken out since they announced the new at the beginning of November.

In their initial statement, they both talked about the pain they’d suffered when they found out the awful news.

“We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah, who is currently undergoing treatment in the US,” they said.

“We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children. Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well. At this difficult time, we ask only for your prayers and respect for our privacy.

“We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing,” they added.

We really hope the present makes him the happiest little boy!
