Michelle Keegan showcased her washboard abs during a gruelling workout session in her Essex home.
The former Our Girl star worked up a sweat in the comfort of her home gym – and was keen to show off the results with followers!
She shared a clip of herself admiring her figure in the mirror, wearing black gym gear and wiping her sweat with a towel.

Alongside the post, Michelle wrote: “Tough sesh today, @trainwright.”
Her efforts certainly didn’t go unnoticed by husband Mark Wright, who later reposted the shot to his own profile.
The former TOWIE star took the opportunity to plug his fitness plan, Train Wright, which he launched during lockdown.
Mark shares the fitness venture with brother and professional footballer Josh.

Michelle has made no secret of her love of fitness in the past.
During lockdown, the actress revealed she’d enlisted the help of Train Wright to keep her motivated.
She shared on Instagram: “I’ve been doing the @trainwright workouts for weeks now, thank you @wrighty_ and @joshwright4444 for keeping me active and motivated during this time.
“Now for the 30 day plan! Let’s go!”

However, that doesn’t stop the former Coronation Street star from indulging now and again.
Michelle previously revealed: “When it comes to diet I believe in everything in moderation.”

“But I don’t believe in beating yourself up or stopping yourself having anything you really want.”

Michelle and Mark take America
It’s believed the married couple “could quit the UK for America” after Mark reportedly landed himself a new TV show.
Mark previously spent two years in the US on his own while he was a roving reporter for US Extra.
A source told The Sun: “Mark is a natural in front of the camera and the American audience loved his cheeky persona and his Essex accent.
“Mark and Michelle have the strongest bond and support each other’s dreams.
“If the right chance did come up they’d see if they could make it work but they would never want to live apart for long periods again.”
