Michelle Keegan practically broke the internet last week when she shared a throwback photograph of her sensational bikini body.
And now, the 32-year-old Our Girl actress has revealed the secrets to how she keeps looking just so fabulous.
In a new interview, former Corrie star Michelle has admitted she “never diets” but does like to keep alcohol to a minimum on school nights.

Bread, meanwhile, never passes her lips.
Michelle, 32, told The Sun: “I never do diets, and don’t drink much alcohol other than nights out and I don’t eat bread.
“Food’s a positive thing and it’s meant to be enjoyed, and if you stop yourself enjoying it, that’s when you crash, so I always like picky bits.”

She added: “I graze – crisps and nuts – as well as having a big dinner.”
Michelle, who was wearing a black two-piece in her holiday throwback, also revealed that she exercises three to four times a week.
Next week, Michelle begins filming the second series of new Sky One comedy Brassic.

Unlike the BBC One drama Our Girl, Brassic is set in the UK meaning Michelle doesn’t have to travel too far from her husband of four years, former TOWIE star Mark Wright.
But although the couple are still smitten, they are growing increasingly tired of being grilled about when they are going to have children.
Earlier this week, Michelle told The Independent: It’s like, as soon as you get married, ‘When are you having a child?
“I think it’s really invasive, for a start, and I used to answer that question all the time.
“But then I think to myself, well, why do I need to answer that question? It’s no one’s business.”
