Michelle told The Independent where she was publicising her new Sky comedy, Brassic.
The star, who’s married to Mark Wright, was tackling the tricky question of privacy and personal issues, like having children.
“It’s like, as soon as you get married, ‘When are you having a child?’” she said. “My husband never gets asked that question.
“I think it’s really invasive, for a start, and I used to answer that question all the time, but then I think to myself, well, why do I need to answer that question? It’s no one’s business.
“And I think now, even now, I’m still learning how to deal with things like that. I used to blab and go on about it, whereas now I’m like, ‘I don’t want to answer questions like that, it’s personal.’”
Michelle also revealed during the interview that she’s working hard to keep her private life ‘more private’.

Recently, she admitted that she had no set regime when it comes to keeping in trim.
She believes the key to feeling good is doing whatever makes her happy, including spending time with her loved ones and enjoying her favourite treats.
She said: “Most importantly [to feel good], do whatever makes you happy. See friends and family, and take time out for yourself, doing what you love.
“Rest and get as much fresh air as possible, and make sure you still enjoy the occasional glass of wine and takeaway. Life without a Chinese takeaway just isn’t worth living.”
