Mich’s snap comes just one day after a bleary-eyed looking Mark posted on Insta Stories, saying he missed his wife and nothing was right without her. Bless.
She didn’t tell her 3.2 million followers where she’s jetting off to, but the emojis of a plane, a palm tree, a tick and the world led many to believe she was heading off to see Mark in the Californian sunshine.
Mark started a new job last month, on celeb gossip show Extra, which is based in LA – several thousand miles away from his wife who’s been filming BBC1 series Our Girl in various locations including South Africa and Nepal.
The former TOWIE star has clearly been pining for his beautiful wife as he posted a series of pics, with various captions alluding to it, on what looked like a boozy night out.
He wrote: “Bored!! Nothing is good without you!! Hollywood club or not, just not the same. 2 months hurry up”.
Then added a snap of himself drinking from a water bottle, captioned: “”lightweight”.
Mark’s been super busy establishing himself in LA. So busy that he missed his cousin, Elliott’s wedding in Marbella at the weekend.
Elliott, who’s also a TOWIE alumni, tied the knot with Sadie Stuart in the lavish ceremony, but neither Mark or Michelle attended.
But Elliott won’t be holding a grudge.
He told The Daily Star: “When Mark took the job in America he said there was a chance he wouldn’t be able to come.
“I’m very close to Mark and we will both be upset he can’t be there. But I know this job was the chance in a lifetime for him.
“I’m proud of him and there’s no hard feelings.”
Looks like Mark had a drink or two in Elliott’s honour anyway…
Mark and Michelle married in 2015 and have spent a lot of their marriage on different sides of the world due to work commitments.
Mich recently spoke out about ‘sexist’ critics of her marriage who have said all her time abroad poses a threat to it.
The former Corrie actress told The Sun: “It’s been hard enough being away anyway, but then to contend with all that… It just comes from nowhere.
“I don’t understand how a couple can’t have their separate careers, and why can’t a newly married woman go off and do her job and a husband go off and do his?
