MORE Strictly Come Dancing stars fuel romance rumours as they’re spied cuddling up

Move over Gemma and Gorka, there’s a new rumoured Strictly Come Dancing romance to gossip about!

Saturdays singer Mollie King and her pro dance partner AJ Pritchard have found themselves subjected to ‘OMG, they’re so dating’ speculation after sharing an excited embrace following their third live performance.

The excited pair were seen jumping into each other’s arms and sharing a huge hug after scoring 30 out of a possible 40 points for their American Smooth on Saturday night.

A video posted to Mollie’s Instagram account showed the over the moon pair hugging, laughing and saying they nearly “cried” after the judges’ glowing comments about their routine.

FYI, they performed their American Smooth to ‘Climb Every Mountain’ from The Sound of Music, hence Mollie’s less than flattering wig…

Naturally, a pair of young, single, attractive people hugging each other has sparked speculation of a sizzling, red hot romance behind the scenes.

Cause, well, obvs, that’s what happens when you’re a Strictly contestant, right? Single = definitely dating. Married = probs having an affair.

The romance speculation was heightened by the fact AJ kept hold of Mollie’s hand after they broke their embrace.

One fan wrote: “Mollie it looks like AJ has swept you off your feet. You both make a lovely couple.”

The lingering hug raised eyebrows as just the day before Mollie and AJ had been seen strolling through London together, with their arms wrapped around one another.

Photos published by The Sun showed the dance partners clutching takeaway hot drinks while keeping their arms wrapped around each other’s waists.

Well, Mollie dismissed any romance mid-September, when she told Huffington Post: “I think there’s always some kind of romance rumour so it didn’t surprise me but I hardly even know him well so far, so there’s no truth in that.

“But he’s such a sweetheart and obviously he is a beautiful boy so I’m very lucky.”

Meanwhile, one Strictly star who is definitely NOT dating Mollie is Holby City actor Joe McFadden.

Despite being linked to gorgeous Molls, the TV star said he just doesn’t have time for romance!

“I get home at night and I’m exhausted,” he told the Daily Record.

“All I can do is get myself something to eat and then fall into bed. Sometimes I have time for a hot bath, but that’s about it. I can’t imagine having the energy for anything else.”

Meanwhile, another Strictly couple who have vehemently denied rumours of romance is Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez.

Ex Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star Gemma has been linked to pro dancer Gorka since the show began, but they’ve both insisted they’re just friends.

Gorka told the Daily Star over the weekend: “We hang out together and do some workouts and I think she is beautiful, but we are just friends.”
