Nadia Sawalha decided to follow in the footsteps of Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow by posing naked in her garden.
Gwyneth posed nude on Thursday to celebrate turning 48-years-old, and told her fans that her confidence was so high because of the body butter she uses to keep her skin feeling soft and smooth.
Loose Women star Nadia, 55, decided to join in the conversation by stripping down herself, although she made sure to add a little buttery twist of her own.

“So apparently @gwynethpaltrow uses her @Goop body butter to give her the confidence to go naked in her garden!” said Nadia.
“I always knew me and Gwinnie Gwin Gwins had something in common! I too use butter to help me go naked! Lashings of the stuff!”
“I love it on crumpets, pasta, cheese, cake, mash veg, chicken. How weird is that Gwins????? We are soooooo alike!” joked the star. [Sic]

Nadia’s post didn’t go down as well as she may have hoped with some of her followers.

One said: “Interesting you said you would be horrified if your daughters posted pictures on social media when you were on Loose Women…”
However, others saw the lighter side of the post and complimented Nadia on her confidence.
“You’re too funny! Thank you for sharing such brilliant positive things,” commented on amused fan.
Another wrote: “I love this so much,” while a third added: “You are first class!! You’re simply amazing!!!”
Meanwhile, Nadia recently took a break from social media and her husband Mark took over.
“Have you missed me you lovely lot?” she said on Instagram. “How has Mark been behaving?
“Bet it’s been raisins raisins raisins?! Come in you know you can snitch on him!”
Fans have been quick to quiz Nadia about her disappearance, with one commenting: “Congratulations on taking time off from technology.

Others have convinced themselves that Nadia has been filming the celebrity version of The Circle.
