The Loose Women star stripped down to her underwear for a body confidence campaign alongside her fellow panellists.

Speaking to host Lorraine, 57, Nadia revealed: “The morning was really tough, I had to go in on my own and I never look at myself in the mirror.

“At lunchtime, we escaped and went to the pub and had a couple of swift ones to get through the afternoon!”

The loose ladies showed off their un-airbrushed bodies in the black and white shoot to promote body confidence.

Nadia opened up about feeling “frightened” before the shoot, she said: “I was really really frightened, I have so many body issues.”

Fans have praised the stars for creating the campaign.

One wrote on Twitter: “The @loosewomen ladies are incredible Inspirations to us all, Congratulations on the #MyBodyMyStory campaign #LooseWomen.”

Another said: “We need more of this in the world, real women, real images = Body positivity. Love the body your in. #LooseWomen. I sulute you.”

Panellists Katie Price, Janet Street Porter, Stacey Solomon and Coleen Nolan all bared their bods for the shoot.

But despite oozing confidence the stars admitted feeling uncomfortable with showing off their bodies.

Coleen, 52, said: “I have a constant body battle. I often eat in ‘rebellion’. I was scared before the shoot, but I totally embraced it and my body – particularly when it came to the solo shoot.”

Meanwhile Stacey, 27, revealed: “I have lots of bits and pieces I don’t like about my body – saggy boobs and stretch marks and the thing that really bothers me is my love handles.”
