DIY SOS host Nick Knowles is launching a music career having secretly recorded his debut album.
In an interview with The Sun’s Bizarre column, Nick has revealed how he was approached by Universal Music earlier this year.
He’s now set to release an album full of covers of his favourite tunes, including Adele’s Make Me Feel Your love, which will be out in time for Christmas.

He said: “Music’s always been a major part of my life since I was 14 and picked up a guitar.
“I’m the kind of person who gets home from work and picks up the guitar and strums a lot.
“It’s always been part of my life and a friend of mine said to me one day ‘why don’t you do an album?’
“So he connected me up to Universal, we did a couple of test tracks and they came back and said: ‘Would you like to make an album.’ It’s been really exciting.”
The TV host also compared his singing style to that of George Ezra saying: “I’m not trying to be Justin Bieber.
“But by the same token, there aren’t very many singers in Britain that sing with a deep voice.
“Probably the only artist that’s got a deep voice that’s appeared is George Exra in the last few years.”
Nick has recently hit the headlines over reports that he has ended his short-lived romance with former TOWIE star Pascal Craymer.
The pair were snapped enjoying dinner together at a tapas restaurant in Camden, north London, last month.
And her rep later confirmed that they were enjoying getting to know each other.
They said: “It’s very early days. They had a wonderful night. Let’s see what happens.”
However, it seems that, after just three dates, Nick and Pascal have decided to remain just friends.
And the DIY SOS presenter has already been linked to another young beauty.
According to The Sun, he has moved on romantically – with a young British actress.
The tabloid reports that he has enjoyed a night out with gorgeous period drama star Olivia Hallinan.

She is best known for her role in BBC One’s Lark Rise To Candleford, but made her name on Channel 4’s cult teen drama Sugar Rush.
The flame-haired beauty, 32, and Nick, 54, were seen together at upmarket nightclub Annabels, in south west London.
The Sun’s source revealed: “He really liked Pascal, but after three dates, they’ve decided to stay friends.
“Olivia is a really sweet girl and they had a good laugh on the date.
“She’s very much his type – she’s intelligent, she’s charming – so who knows where it will go?”
