Ex-Collabro star Richard Hadfield has stunned us all to their very foundations with his amazing new physique.
The once beefy star of Britain’s Got Talent has revealed that he has shed almost four stone and has happily posed for pics to prove it
We always quite fancied Richard. He was the handsome one with the rugby build who looked liked he could carry shopping and change a light bulb at the same time.
And when we saw him pose naked for an issue of Attitude a while back we were impressed by his beefy physique.
But underneath his sensible suits, his body was for ever expanding, mainly due to the fact he felt so unhappy in the band that he ended up scoffing junk food to make himself feel better. The result? He got out of shape.
However, things changed when the Bring Him Home crooner bravely quit the band earlier this year and decided it was time to turn his life around and do something about his ever expanding bod.
And so in June, the handsome singer embarked on a health regime that saw him drop from 18st 3lbs to 14st 6lbs.
“Being free from the band really sparked my weight loss. I had been unhappy for a long time and comfort ate to escape my misery.
“My weight sky rocketed up to 18st 3lbs and I was clinically obese with 30 per cent body fat. I started being known as the ‘fat one’ in the band. It really hit me hard.
‘I was embarrassed about my weight but I was in a really bad environment professionally and couldn’t stop eating.’
Richard kicked off a healthy eating routine and hit the gym regularly but also tried Forza Supplements’ meal replacement drinks.
He then teamed up with the experts from the supplements brand to devise a new fitness regime and meal planner to help him get back in perfect shape.
The result? He lost 3st 11lbs in just four months and now has the ripped torso he has always wanted.
And his girlfriend Roxy Henley is most certainly the cat who got the cream.
“Roxy loves the new me obviously but she’s not too happy about my chest being hard. She can’t get comfy anymore!”
‘She’s been so helpful in the whole process. Roxy would always be snatching sweets out of my grasp. One time she found my secret stash of chocolate – I never saw that again.’
Well, congrats Richard. You’re looking mighty fine. And Roxy? You’re one lucky b***h!
