Paddy McGuinness has learned a sharp lesson in tweeting – after his wife Christine publicly called him out over one of his tweets.
The tweet in question seemed to suggest that Paddy was taking care of the couple’s three children all on his own – but Christine was quick to set the situation straight.

Yesterday morning Paddy tweeted about the stress of caring for kids on a rainy Saturday.
The tweet read “Morning! It’s the weekend, it’s raining, I’ve got the kids on my own and I’ve not planned anything to do! #Help”
But his play for sympathy likes – of which he got a solid 300 – was short lived.
It turned out the situation a lot less stressful than he’d suggested – Christine quickly jumped back to say she was only in the shower.
“Stay calm love I was only in the shower!” she tweeted. “You haven’t got the kids on your own I’m here!. and my mum is staying all weekend 😁 I’ve planned our whole day, your going to love it 👌🤣”
Paddy got the message – just five minutes later he posted his own clarification tweet.
“When I say on my own, I meant for half hour while my wife is getting a shower! It feels like all day!!! 😬 #ManTime,” he tweeted.
